To further this vision, we have adopted a fixed fee pricing model to align our interests with those of our clients, to help our clients better manage their legal expenditures, and to promote cost-effective and expeditious resolutions.
In concert with this vision, we subscribe to the following principles:
- Every client is entitled to superior customer service. We take a genuine interest in our clients, work to understand their needs and objectives, and meet or exceed their expectations. This, we believe, is the way to ensure that our services yield results that are of business value to our clients.
- We advise as well as represent. With years of experience both securing protection for IP assets and protecting the rights, we are able to provide pragmatic legal advice, explain alternatives and consequences, and give fair estimates of the probabilities of success and/or exposure to risk.
- We are confident in our ability to bring value to our clients. This is why we prefer to provide the price certainty of a fixed fee pricing model instead of merely applying the outdated time-based model billing by the hour. We want our clients to feel comfortable discussing their business objectives with us instead of looking at the clock and wondering how much a call will cost them.
- An educated client is a better client because the more a client understands about IP law, the better they are able to appreciate the value we add.
