Michael (Mike) Kondoudis is a Washington, DC patent attorney and the principal of The Law Office of Michael E. Kondoudis, PC., an IP law firm helping domestic and international clients protect their IP. Mr. Kondoudis has over a decade of experience helping clients protect their intellectual property. He has represented a full spectrum of businesses, from multinational corporations to start-up companies to individual inventors.
Mr. Kondoudis’ patent prosecution experience is in the electro-mechanical, optical, memory management, and computer hardware fields, including: disk drives; mobile and stationary robots; signal processing systems; optical recognition systems; DLP television systems; printers; copiers; imaging systems; anti-counterfeiting/encryption systems; frequency hopping communication systems; memory management; and household appliances. His training is in the fields of physics, optics, signal processing, and electronics.
Mr. Kondoudis’ trademark experience includes managing trademark portfolios for multiple large U.S. corporations, including prosecuting opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

of 2009. Mr. Kubotera's practice includes the preparation and

patent applications in a variety of technical areas including medical

analytical instruments, automobile parts, and storage/optical
media. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kubotera was a research and
development
scientist and a product development engineer. Mr. Kubotera is

in Japanese and has extensive experience working with Japanese companies
